REGULATION OF THE EVENT
EXHIBITORS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE RULES BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION OF TABLES
Exhibitor Rates
The cost is € 30.00 for each table.
For reservations more than four tables € 25.00 each. (Ex. 5 table reserved = € 125.00)
The tables are 2 mt. long. The supply of electricity is included in the reservation.
Exhibitors will award free passes for entry to the event, according to the following:
up to 2 tables will be provided up to a maximum of 2 passes;
up to 4 tables will be provided up to a maximum of 3 pass;
up to 6 tables will be provided up to a maximum of 4 passes;
plus 7 tables will be provided up to a maximum of 5 passes.
Any additional passes will be purchased on the spot, paying the cost of the ticket (€ 6.00).
Rates visitors
The cost of entry is € 6.00 for the entire ticket, € 3,00 reduced ticket (the disabled, children under 12, over 65 years) and downloadable coupon on www.reptilius.it

Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14 from 9.00 to 19.00
Booking and payment
Reservations are deemed to be accepted only after receiving confirmation from the organization.
Reservations must be confirmed by the payment within 7 (seven) days of receipt of confirmation.
The amount due should be payed on postal account indicated on the booking form and also communicated to the email given to the organizing secretary in the reservation request.
If payment is not received within that time, the related tables will be considered "free", and therefore allocated to applicants.
Cancellation and non-participation
In case of cancellation, the amount previously paid will be refunded, net fees and commissions, unless the cancellation is made by mail or fax to the organizers no later than September 15, 2012.
The tables canceled after this date will not be refunded.
The tables have not yet been filled within the opening hours will be considered free and allocated to potential applicants, except in cases in which the exhibitors have communicated the delay to the organizers.
Exhibitors who require their presence only on Sunday, must notify the organizers at the time of booking.
If for technical reasons were to be used in extension cords, adapters, etc., the same must be type-approved and arranged so as to not be a hindrance and can not harm anyone.
Remind: exhibitors must provide itself with equipment to handle your material.
ACCESS RULES, MANAGEMENT AND SALE OF ANIMALS
1. During the event will allow the sale of exotic animals (except those belonging to the group referred to in paragraph 16 of this Regulation and all accessories and food related to these reptiles, plants (such as carnivorous plants, orchids, bonsai, cacti, ornamentals etc.), and equipment, books and magazines on the subject.
It is possible to sell vertebrates and invertebrates, plants or from which they are provided with regular documents (for animals or plants included in CITES - Washington Convention or Berne)
It is possible to sell fossils and minerals that are regularly marketed.
2. Animals must be healthy: a veterinary surgeon in charge of the event will ensure compliance with this regulation. Discretion on medical veterinary anyone expose animals in obvious state of debilitation is required to hold the animal for the fair period under observation in the space reserved for quarantine, designed specifically by the organization. 4. Copies of Allegato A of CITES, as stipulated by the competent authorities, will be identifiable by marking with a microchip or photos in relation to body size.
5. The animals will be housed in special display cases without creating overcrowding causing unnecessary additional stress to them. These showcases will not allow outside animals can be affected in any way.

According to the Law and Regional n.5/2005 D.G.R. n.394/2006 animal welfare the length of the containers must meet the following minimum percentages parameters: amphibians and iguana 100% of the maximum length of the body; snakes 50% of their maximum length; turtles 300% of the length of the carapace. Anyway, the minimum size of such containers should not be less than: for turtles cm. 40x25 cm. cm.20 and height, for other species to cm. 35x20 cm. and height 25 cm.
In addition to snakes with aquatic habits must be a container for water.
For exhibitors of turtles there is the possibility to book the enclosures to the ground according to their needs. It must be clearly stated at the time of booking keeping in mind that space can choose 2 or 4 square meters, respectively, equal to the economic value of 1 or 2 tables. Those who wish to prepare the ground box will notify the organization when registering. These boxes will have a waterproof base (such as nylon curtains) so as to prevent leakage of slurry.
7. Also on the basis of this Law, we ask exhibitors to provide a turn over of units every 6 hours. Animals may be admitted under tables in well-ventilated containers in the dark, so that relaxation and stress reduction due to exposure.
8. The caskets will be provided with suitable substrate and kept under the best hygienic conditions, should be cleaned regularly, as well as water in the aquarium.
9. Who will expose mice and rats he is obliged to hold them in such hygienic conditions as possible to avoid odors or overcrowd. Special attention is required, under that law on animal welfare, to hold and expose the rats in iron or plastic cages with plenty of shavings as enrichment fund and accessories. IT IS ALSO PROHIBITED TO SELL MICE SO-CALLED "PINKY" OR UNWEANED AND STILL WITH EYES CLOSED.
10. Each casket will bear name of species / subspecies and origin of animals housed therein (CITES, source, origin) and the reference of the breeder / seller.
11. Will be housed a single species / subspecies per container.
12. For each species / subspecies should be given the climate zone of origin and size of growth achieved complete.
13. The animals will be sold accompanied by descriptions indicating species and subspecies, their origin, breeding and housing standards, the size that will reach adulthood.
14. Animals included in the lists of ministerial decrees of: 04/19/1996, 15/05/2001, 07/03/2003, as amended will not be accepted.
Exhibitors who seek to expose and/or sell prohibited animal shall be immediately removed from the exhibition and their booking will not be accepted for future editions.
The sale of live animals to people who are under 16 years of age is permitted only in the presence and with the approval of parents or those who enjoy parental

15. Exhibitors will take care of their animals' excrements disposal in the manner prescribed by law. In this regard the organization declines any responsibility and provides for exhibitors special containers properly marked for animal excrements, which will be constantly removed by the cleaning service of the fair.
16. It may not use and/or reproduce REPTILIUS trademark without written consent from the organization.
It is possible and desirable to all exhibitors for the spread and success of the event to download the banner from the site to insert it into your website, blog, mail, without requiring any authorization by organization.
EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PETS AND MATERIALS exhibited at the event.
THE ORGANIZATION ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ANIMALS OR OBJECTS OF VALUE IN THE EVENT OF THEFT, LOSS OR LEAKS.
ANY BREACH OF THIS REGULATION WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE EXHIBITION.
